오늘은 다른 날보다 빨리 블로그를 써보겠습니다.빨리 이 소식을 전하고 싶어서… 우선 알려드리고 싶은 내용은 오징어 게임입니다.

올림픽공원역(5호선/9호선)을 타고 3번 출구로 나와 올림픽공원 안으로 쭉 들어가면 엄지손가락이 보이고 엄지손가락을 지나면 일명 ‘나이키 동상’이 보입니다.나이키 동상을 지나 계속 따라오면 영희가 멀리서 기다리고 있습니다.(웃음)

제가 알기로는 이번 월요일부터 있었던 것 같은데 주말에는 사람이 무조건 많을 거고 영희가 출몰했다는 소식이 점점 들려오면 더 보기 어려울 것 같아서 평일에 올림픽 공원을 방문해서 찍어볼게요.

평일 오전이라 사람도 별로 없었고 유치원에서 소풍온 아기들이 있어서 분위기가 좋았어요.아이들이 무궁화 꽃이 피었어요.스피커 소리와 함께 움직이는데 정말 귀여웠어요. 인형이 자신을 바라보면 무섭다고 도망치는 아기도 있고 귀엽습니다.

오징어 게임 옷 입고 온 아기들도 있고

외국인도 꽤 계시거든요. 앞으로 외국인이 더 많이 오실 거예요.

여기 가면 스피커에서 오징어 게임 녹음기 소리와 ‘무궁화 꽃이 피었습니다.’ 이게 반복해서 나오는데 제가 알기로는 아침 일찍과 밤 늦게는 나오지 않고 오전 10시부터 나오는 걸로 알고 있습니다.~ 이점 참고하셔서 방문하시면 될 것 같습니다.

Younghee, a four-metre-tall doll dressed in orange and yellow, was set up at the Seoul Olympic Park on Monday, Netflix’s representative told Reuters.

From toddlers to adults to even dogs, some park visitors were seen wearing green tracksuits with number tag ‘456’, similar to the outfits of show’s main character.

The scary giant doll in Netflix’s global Korean hit series “Squid Game” has surfaced in a park in Seoul, South Korea.

On Oct. 25, the giant doll named “Yeong-hee” was installed in the outdoor lawn of Seoul’s Olympic Park in Songpa-gu, Seoul, attracting attention from citizens.

“From today [Oct. 25], the robot statue of Yeong-hee will be exhibited for about three months,” a representative of Olympic Park told Korean media. The doll will be displayed at the current location until mid-November after which it will be moved to places within the park.

The giant doll displayed at the park is four meters tall, smaller than the original version that has a height of 7 meters used in “Squid Game,” according to Korean media.

“Yeong-hee” was used in the first episode of “Squid Game” where participants played their first deadly game called “Red Light, Green Light.”

In the game, “Yeong-hee” played the role of a tagger. She rolled her eyes to find the person who moved.

“Squid Game” is about 456 debt-ridden people who join deadly games to win a prize amounting to 45.6 billion won (about $38.8 million) and stars Lee Jung-jae, Park Hae-soo, Jung Ho-yeon, O Yeong-su, Heo Sung-tae, Anupam Tripathi, Kim Joo-ryoung and Wi Ha-joon.

Netflix declared in a letter to shareholders that “Squid Game” has emerged as our biggest TV show ever. A mind-boggling 142m member households globally have chosen to watch the title in its first four weeks.”

It added that “Squid Game” is “truly amazing” as it ranked No. 1 in 94 countries including the US.

Squid game is a South Korean survival drama television series created by Hwang Dong-hyuk for Netflix. It cast includes Lee Jung-jae, Park Hae-soo, Wi Ha-joon, Jung Ho-yeon, O Yeong-su, Heo Sung-tae, Anupam Tripathi, and Kim Joo-ryoung.

The series revolves around a contest where 456 players in deep financial debt put their lives at risk to play a series of children’s games for the chance to win a ₩45.6 billion[a] prize. The title of the series draws from a similarly named Korean children’s game. Hwang had conceived of the idea based on his own economic struggles early in life as well as the class disparity in South Korea. Though he had initially written it in 2009, he was unable to find a production company to fund the idea until Netflix took an interest around 2019 as part of their drive to expand their foreign programming offerings. All nine episodes were written and directed by Hwang.

Squid Game was released worldwide on September 17, 2021, to critical acclaim and international attention. Attracting more than 142 million member households during its first four weeks from launch, it is Netflix’s most-watched series to date.

Seong Gi-hun, a divorced and indebted chauffeur, is invited to play a series of children’s games for a chance at a large cash prize. Accepting the offer, he is taken to an unknown location where he finds himself among 456 players who are all deeply in debt. The players are made to wear green tracksuits and are kept under watch at all times by masked guards in pink jumpsuits, with the games overseen by the Front Man, who wears a black mask and black uniform. The players soon discover that losing a game results in their death, with each death adding ₩100 million to the potential ₩45.6 billion grand prize.[a] Gi-hun allies with other players, including his childhood friend Cho Sang-woo, to try to survive the physical and psychological twists of the games.
